Water cooling units (water source) work on the principal that in each area/space being treated there is an end unit that operates as an independent air conditioner.
Heat replacement in order to cool the condenser is achieved by cooled water being pumped to the units. This an uninsulated two way device and pipe system with the end unit being relatively cheap.
The system includes a cooling tower whose job is to cool the coolant water that is pumped to the tower and all the units in the building by a closed system of pumps.
Issues relating to water source maintenance and operation resulting from the fact that the main system principles are based on the circulation of coolant within a temperature range of 28 to 41 degrees Celsius (coolant entry point).
From this we can see that the cooling towers efficiency changers according to external factors of air and environment.
The three main factors effecting the systems functioning are: relative humidity, barometric pressure and external air pollution. The higher the parameters, evaporation is less and this results in less efficient cooling. From this it is evident that the cooling tower is the heart of the system and that its maintenance must be approached in the most professional way.
